United States destinations

Shipping is restricted to the approved laboratory address within the 50 states and District of Columbia. No international shipping. Address changes require another review. Manufacturer location is not represented by the US fulfillment address.

Transit and handling

USPS describes Priority Mail as a 2–3 day delivery objective, without a delivery-time guarantee. Transit starts after carrier acceptance and excludes processing time. Tracking is provided when your order is dispatched. USPS Priority Mail standards.

Shipment packaging and temperature requirements must follow lot-specific stability and safety documentation. Priority Mail is not inherently a cold-chain service.

Damaged, missing or incorrect materials

Keep the outer packaging, vial labels and lot references. Contact support with the order reference and a description of the problem. We review the record before arranging an appropriate replacement or refund. Do not ship materials back without return instructions.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept change-of-mind returns of opened or compromised research materials. This does not remove applicable rights for incorrect, damaged or otherwise nonconforming goods. Approved refunds return through the original payment method, subject to the provider’s processing timeline.
