Terms for laboratory research materials supplied by Peppy CC to United States customers.

Seller and eligibility
peppy.cc is operated by Peppy CC. Out-of-stock items are unavailable to order. Restock notifications do not reserve stock or create an order. Purchasers must represent an approved US laboratory organization and be authorized to place the order.
Products and pricing
Prices are in USD per individual vial. The selected product, vial size, quantity and price are confirmed before purchase. Availability and prices may change.
Payment and acceptance
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Orders may be held or canceled if a product, destination, research purpose or payment requires review. No substitutions are made without authorization.
Shipping and returns
Shipping uses USPS Priority Mail within the 50 states and District of Columbia, using the approved research address. See Shipping & returns for fees, transit estimates and problem reporting. Statutory rights are not waived.
Research restrictions
No human use or consumption, animal administration, clinical use, compounding or use in food, supplements or cosmetics. These materials are not sold as medicines. Purchasing access does not establish regulatory approval.
