This policy describes how Peppy CC collects and uses information through peppy.cc.

Information collected
Research access forms collect contact details, organization, role, laboratory address and intended use. Restock notification forms collect your email and selected vial size to contact you about availability and inform inventory planning. Signups are unverified and do not reserve inventory or approve purchasing access. The store retains order records, lot references, review decisions and support messages. Do not submit medical records, payment-card numbers or identity documents through these forms.
Purpose and services
Information supports research-access review, order processing, fulfillment, security and customer support. Records are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Restock requests do not collect payment details or create an order.
Browser storage
The cart and research-use acknowledgement are stored on this browser. They do not constitute purchasing approval. An HttpOnly session cookie keeps signed-in access. No advertising or behavioral analytics is included.
Retention and requests
Access, transaction and support records are restricted to authorized operators. Records are retained for the purposes described here and applicable business and legal requirements. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
